I take my mother here quite frequently and the employees here are so nice and knowledgeable and friendly. I love their bank manager Melissa whenever we have a problem she is so helpful.
Terrifying experience. I was robbed $1400 from their ATM machine, and there is possibly little to zero care from anyone at US Bank, learning they are quite the corrupt corporation, even during a pandemic, zero cares. I went to their ATM service on 8/27/20, trying to deposit $1700 in $100 bills, well the machine registered I deposited $1700, and it went to deposit but then started choking on my money, and tried to spit it.
