Unhelpful and handcuffed staff. Can not cash or transfer funds from a check from their own bank. Could not speak to a manager. Not sure if this location has bad training, or the bank has bad practices, but I would never create an account here. Especially not to get through one interaction. Someone before us was told (loud enough for all to hear) that their account could not be closed and had to come back the next day with no reason given. It seems like they are predatory in the way they get and maintain customers.
US Bank has friendly and polite tellers
This is worse located EVER! Large bank but no one’s working. Waiting time is terrible every time visiting made deposits. I had a Communication with other customer while waiting he told me this is NOT a first times and he have to seated and wait for whiles. I saw 3 worker but two workers with one customer and other doing whatever she doing. There no customers and always slow in lobby. I would change my business bank for better services.
