I've had nothing but trouble with the ReliaCard that US Bank issued me when I went to remove my money from an ATM last Friday right after it hit right after it was posted and they flagged my card for fraud activity so I haven't been able to get my money for a week now I have a new check in there I won't be able to get that either cuz they haven't sent the card yet they said 5 to 7 business days it's been 6 business days and still no card no money. I have always had great friendly service. In the drive thru and inside.
Very rude employees! Raising their voice at people and complaining they can do services themselves because they are too busy to help.
Terrible bank. Rude employees. Hidden guidelines on check holds. Unwilling to help. Better off using Walmart banking
