Terrible wait times!!
My dad has been banking with US Bank for years. I help with with any questions he has but we are overall happy with the customer service here.
Unhelpful and handcuffed staff. Can not cash or transfer funds from a check from their own bank. Could not speak to a manager. Not sure if this location has bad training, or the bank has bad practices, but I would never create an account here. Especially not to get through one interaction. Someone before us was told (loud enough for all to hear) that their account could not be closed and had to come back the next day with no reason given. It seems like they are predatory in the way they get and maintain customers.
