Ryan is so rude. Yes, Joe the manager spoke with me and was apologetic. Yet, Ryan remains rude and continues to drive customers away.
The bank itself is great and Joe the manager is awesome but teller Ryan highly lacks customer service skills. Comes off very corporate and not relatable. He is very judgemental in regards to bank related issues and doesn't seem fit to be having interactions with customers. Definitely needs more customer relations training.
I spoke to Joe the Manager he was so helpful and he made my life so much easier. The staff is amazing . Always pleasent and welcoming. Thank you for being there for me and helping me with my checking account.
I was waiting in line today Feb 1,18 @2p. 2 customers ahead of me. Now, I am the next in line when someone pop up somewhere and..... the teller , the guy called him? Q: Is that fair that I am standing in line patiently waiting, the guy the teller look at me , then he called? Me, myself is a customer service representative too. Treat your customers with dignity!!!
