Was lied to from the start, would not have brought all my banking over if they were honest. They put 2 week holds on business checks even if you haven’t had any issues 0 bounced checks in 2 years. I was supposed to get my card reader in the first couple months then they said it’s back ordered (After I asked). I still have not received it! This branch will lie to get you in. The branch was welcoming and friendly. The wait time was minimal and the banker, Shelby, was great. They accomplished all my requests efficiently. I highly recommend this branch of US Bank,
Never a good experience at this branch.
Shelby is the best banker I've ever had. Excellent customer service. Talked in depth about a HELOC that she recommeneded and will be returning to her to do my lending when time is right for us.
Terrible. Wait is forever. Only 2 tellers actually working. UPDATE: As for THEIR reply, they use the excuse "go online." Some people dont want the hassle. I closed my acct and went to a REAL bank with enough people to staff the counters.
