If you come to this branch make sure you got plenty of time, they are working pretty slow
Was lied to from the start, would not have brought all my banking over if they were honest. They put 2 week holds on business checks even if you haven’t had any issues 0 bounced checks in 2 years. I was supposed to get my card reader in the first couple months then they said it’s back ordered (After I asked). I still have not received it! This branch will lie to get you in. We will go to other branches for our personal accounts but I will be moving my business account elsewhere, and are definitely open to looking at our pers... read more
The branch was welcoming and friendly. The wait time was minimal and the banker, Shelby, was great. They accomplished all my requests efficiently. I highly recommend this branch of US Bank,
