We had a very bad experience at the US Bank branch this morning. We had an appointment at 9:00 AM and there were about five of us waiting outside for the doors to open. When the manager came out, he didn’t greet anyone or even say good morning. He just asked who had an appointment. Switched to this bank about a year ago and there hasn’t been one pleasant experience. They’re incredibly slow, the worst customer service in Colorado Springs , and the only bank that holds direct deposits from payroll. I suggest everyone leave this bank, I will be
I really should have looked more into US Bank before getting a checking account through them! And this location on academy and Palmer park is the worst! This one lady is so rude, always super long waits! They even have closed the inside and only have drive through open on numerous occasions! So slow. Not trained right employees. It’s insane that this is allowed!
Terrible. Wait is forever. Only 2 tellers actually working.
