Great branch of a great bank. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I'm always in and out quickly. I've never waited longer than a minute or so to be helped at this bank- and that's not something I can say about other banks I've used.
Everyone at this branch is so helpful and friendly. Always an easy transaction with this crew!
I receive excellent service each time I visit this location. Occasionally they will be busy, just as any other business, but they are always kind and efficient and have never been anything short of great with my family and I. I would recommend them to any friend, family, or stranger who wants a great overall bank.
This is the absolute biggest piece of crap location. ATM is CONSTANTLY offline or broken down, or won’t accept all cash deposited. It’s literally ALWAYS something. And when you go inside(if it’s open) the tellers(especially the male employees) rudely remind you that most transactions could be done at the ATM. Terrible service all around.
I had a good experience there after having a very disappointing one at the other branch in downtown. Gabe, the manager, was very friendly, professional and efficient. He helped me to get some business done that required an in-person visit to the branch.
