What in the hell is going on here? The service just keeps getting worse. You'll have people trying to sell banking services while drive thru and lobby are packed. Makes no sense. Get people thru the lines.
Does anyone work here? 10 minutes sitting at the window and not even a greeting? I know this sounds exaggerated but it is fact not.....do better
This has been an amazing experience. I had 2 separate issues with my debit card being hacked and I called and talked Yasmeen. She was able to log into my account with me on the mobile banking app and walk me through the charges. She took my information and researched the issue and called me back within an hour. She found all the details she needed and corrected both issues. She was super professional and did her job extremely well. I've banked at US bank for over a decade. My husband and I were denied to have papers notarized here, the notary & employees were rude and very unhelpful. We are currently looking to pull our checking/savings elsewhere.
