I stomped into this branch to get a couple of statements for my account print it out and the teller refused and told me I needed to call customer service and have them mail them to me So I called my local branch that I normally shop at and they told me they would have them ready when I came through the drive-through Just tell her is obviously just lazy and did not want to take the time to help me
Teller has no idea what she's doing
Small business owner with business account since March of 2018. My business partner and I visited this particular branch because it is open until 7pm. We both travelled an hour to get assistance adding someone to the account and could not have had a worse experience. It was incredibly clear from the beginning that we were not valued as customers. Worst employees and managers, they take hours to count deposit. They intentionally make you wait so you stop going there and they get paid to sit and play on their phones all day long. Took 25 minutes for three morons to count my deposit.
Kevin, Gerald, and Heather are very professional and willing to go that extra mile to help customers. They are always smiling, cheering, and welcoming.
