Originally, we only had our mortgage with US Bank, we lived in Ohio and there were very few branches near us, we moved here to Davenport and needed a local bank because our bank, PNC did not have branches here. From the very first interaction we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Tellers need to learn to be a little more professional with their customers and learn not to flirt with people’s significant others.
Us bank stopped a fraudulent charge and shut my card off to protect my account. That protection is priceless!!
