This branch manager, Holly, was rude to me in several ways. They owe me a refund for a safe deposit box that I started trying to close in November. I was told only she could handle it, but when I finally got to speak with her in Jan., her immediate response was to ask an employee, Stacy Peek, to take care of it! She did the paperwork and took the key, but did not "have time" to issue a refund that I had already been charged for 2025. There is absolutely no sense of urgency with them. Be prepared to wait.
Tellers are wonderful to work with, but the branch manager was rude and flat out lied to me. She insisted that I could not get a cashier's check without her scanning my driver's license. Very next day I went back to get the check and my license didn't have to be scanned. So, Holly is the reason I closed my accounts and will no longer bank there.
Tawana at this branch is the one bright spot, holding the whole branch together. She remains professional while handling customers both inside and drive thru, but the place is otherwise a disappointment. The US Bank app has everything, but if you ever have to go into this branch, just turn around and drive to the other branch.
