I was in the drive through line behind 2 other cars 15 minutes until closing time waiting the whole time. When it was finally my time it was 5:02 and the shut everything off and closed the window! That is bad business period!!!

We stopped in at two U. S. Bank locations in Hot Springs to make a couple of simple changes to our checking, savings and money market accounts. At both places they said they were short on staff and couldn’t help us until later in the day or the next day. We live two and a half hours from the nearest branch due to a recent move. We were in town for scheduled Dr. appts. And hoped to save ac trip by doing this today. The customer service is not what we were used to st the former Malvern and Bismarck branches. Very disappointed.
I drove to this bank on a Saturday to get change for a $50 bill. These people are adamant. They will not do change unless you are an existing customer. I asked them if I could open an account they told me they couldn’t open an account until 3 PM. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was no help either. I would like to point out that there were six people doing absolutely nothing. It seems like they went out of their way to not help me.
