There is absolutely no sense of urgency with them. Be prepared to wait.
Tellers are wonderful to work with, but the branch manager was rude and flat out lied to me. She insisted that I could not get a cashier's check without her scanning my driver's license. Very next day I went back to get the check and my license didn't have to be scanned. So, Holly is the reason I closed my accounts and will no longer bank there.
Tawana at this branch is the one bright spot, holding the whole branch together. She remains professional while handling customers both inside and drive thru, but the place is otherwise a disappointment. The US Bank app has everything, but if you ever have to go into this branch, just turn around and drive to the other branch.
This bank is terrible super unfriendly make people wait 20 mins on lunch and then don't help you ! People should help people this bank sucks !
