Fraud on my account twice in last 4 months and they tell me that it affected a LOT of people. Was not notified when they deactivated my debit card and it was on a Saturday so no money all weekend. Sent me a new debit card 4 weeks ago and never received it. Now their only reply is they will change my debit card# again and send out a new card. Told them to forget it. It takes too long to update all the automatic withdrawals, that I will have to change banks. They said "okay". Guess we little guys just aren't important.
