A really awful experience at the Battlefield location today. Later I spoke with others working in my office and found that two of those people had recently closed their U.S. Bank accounts. The banking business is VERY competitive. You can find better service elsewhere.

The branch manager is the rudest woman I have ever encountered and was very cold to my recent death in the family that resulted in one overdraft charge. I had been with this bank for over 15 years and had multiple accounts with this 'business' and would strongly recommend no one ever bank with this company. Especially this branch. Julie is rude, condescending, and the most unpleasant manger I have ever dealt with.
