I had to change my five star review because it is just slowly just going down the drain. They become my secondary account just because of all the issues and now I'm just going to drop them completely. They just slowly make everything more difficult they add more things that you need to have or do for the most simple of things. There's just absolutely no benefit to having them anymore. Not to mention only one in the city is open on Saturday.
I initially had a good experience here but after I recieved my cashier’s check in the drive through, I asked for an envelope to put it in and the two men working ignored me and walked away from the drive through window.
That's is my bank! And you would like the people who I've met that works there!
very highly recommend this bank. We went to this bank today to get a cashiers check and talk about CDs. We were helped by Kylie who was our client relationship consultant.
