They installed a new ATM and moved it out of the commercial lane, great, nope, worse than the old one because now you have to make two separate transactions if you are depositing cash and checks. Why do this? It’s slower, more complicated and now I get 2 receipts (wastes paper).

Absolutely the worst service I've had in my life! I deposited a check 24 hours before trying to get the funds in cash and the check had already cleared and was in my account and the manager told me I can't have my money and refused to give me any even though the check had cleared my account and the place the check was from had released it it and cleared on their end as well.
Today was hard for my ex and I. We closed our old joint banking account and opened separate banking accounts. Renata S. was amazing with us and guided us through the difficult process. She was patient, understanding, and friendly the whole way through. She made it a little less scary and I am so grateful that we got to have her help us.
Closed 2 minutes early when they saw me walking up to the door.
