very highly recommend this bank. We went to this bank today to get a cashiers check and talk about CDs. We were helped by Kylie who was our client relationship consultant. Kylie was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was very pleasant to work with and made our visit very pleasant. Thank you Kylie!
The policies of big banks can be frustrating. However, as I've watched Empire Bank and TelComm become less professional, I've shifted more of my banking to US Bank. We've gone coast-to-coast and have found their customer service to be friendly and professional. When it comes to National banks, Bank of America has been the worst bank to us. US Bank is, unexpectedly, the best.
Horrible place to bank! Horrible customer service! They don’t listen at all! Disrespectful tellers. I wouldn’t recommend using them to my worst enemy. Worst bank I have ever banked with!
