Horrible place to bank! Horrible customer service! They don’t listen at all! Disrespectful tellers. I wouldn’t recommend using them to my worst enemy. Worst bank I have ever banked with!
Awful I haven't been back for 8 years and still Absolutely awful Sensitive uncaring It's money it's not hard But they make it difficult
They installed a new ATM and moved it out of the commercial lane, great, nope, worse than the old one because now you have to make two separate transactions if you are depositing cash and checks. Why do this? It’s slower, more complicated and now I get 2 receipts (wastes paper).
Very pleasant experience. Luna was extremely helpful and very nice!
