I did really like this bank because of Kim. I would have given 5 stars until just now. When a young MILLENNIAL had to check my ID to give me a balance on a deposit. So VERY RUDE being with US BANK for 20 plus years... I made this Bank what it is today by starting the Tea Party. I am 69 years old and should NOT BE SUSPECT. This Never happened in California. I frequent this branch often and have yet to have a positive experience. The tellers, specifically the main teller, have horrible attitudes with everyone that comes in. This has been on multiple occasions. Recently I needed to replace a card, they could not offer a temporary card as I was told on the phone they CAN do. My card never arrived, so I had to go back in for a temporary card while my new one was rushed. Had to pick up a new debit card today and the assistant manager helped me. She was so patient and helpful. This is by far the friendliest US Bank branch in town l.
The teller was extremely rude. I normally don't use this location & was doing a deposit for my company. When I placed the US BANK bag in the drive thru drawer, she rudely asked what company I was with. When I told her, she acted skeptical until she took the deposits out of the bag & looked them over. She then said that I am not one of their 'usual' customers for this location. I didn't realize that you had to be an 'established' customer to get kind service from them. Literally every time I am here the tellers are SO rude and have horrible customer service. Most banks the tellers are very friendly and sweet but they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience and just flat out rude. It’s absolutely AWFUL.
