Love the N Division branch. People are friendly and get to know you personally and explain your options very well.
This location is absolutely terrible. There is a younger brunette girl with shoulder length hair and glasses that has an attitude EVERY SINGLE time I come there and all I have ever done is drop off change orders for the business I work for. She makes a point to inconvenience me any and every time I come and has quite literally never given me a correct change order. Today after the THIRD time of her giving me zero one dollar bills when I asked for $100. Like come on we all hate our jobs but just do it right.
I have never meant a rude person at this branch and was able to remove my deceased x husband's name off a account he started as i had to carr of his account. It only took 10 min. I've been with them since sine 98. Very friendly and helpful
