Madison at this U.S. Bank location is absolutely incredible. She consistently goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced at any other branch. I truly appreciate how attentive she is to my requests and her dedication to following up every single time. You can genuinely see the immense integrity she brings to her work. I am so grateful to have her at my local branch.
Friendly, efficient staff
After i was treated rudely at the Arvada West Branch . I tried to make an appointment at this Branch. All available appointments were 10 days out. I called and talked to Branch Manager. He acted like a jerk. Condescending and impatient,he was completely useless. I will never vist this Branch. Im pulling my accounts and filing a complaint with C.F.P.B.
Extremely rude branch for their customer, will be moving all of my money out of US Bank.
