After i was treated rudely at the Arvada West Branch . I tried to make an appointment at this Branch. All available appointments were 10 days out. I called and talked to Branch Manager. He acted like a jerk. Condescending and impatient,he was completely useless. I will never vist this Branch. Im pulling my accounts and filing a complaint with C.F.P.B.
Extremely rude branch for their customer, will be moving all of my money out of US Bank.
This is my go to bank. Even if it’s out of my way, it’s worth the drive. Never had a bad experience here. Not only do they handle my banking well, they’ve given me tips to build my credit and save money. I am now 21 years old with an 814 credit score thanks to them. Can’t recommend them enough!
Horrible customer service. I needed to exchange money for other bills and they said it couldn't do it unless we had an account with them, which I have a personal one, so they said only 50, then tried claiming I was being rude when all I did was give a slight chuckle...I went to another location down the street and they exchanged it all right way, no problems or immature fussing. This location needs a crash course in how to help their customers, maybe they could learn from the 121st location.
Staff here seem less knowledgeable about banking rules and regulations than other locations. While trying to create a new account and deposit checks into it the manager raised his voice at us because we were not understanding what he was saying. We ended up canceling our transaction and leaving the branch immediately.
