Tip on the busy days, sit on the motorized walmart shopping cart and skip the line because that qualifies you as handicapped. Imagine waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes (understanding that it's a Friday at the start of the month) but a woman walks in gets on a motorized cart and waits at the handicap table.
