This location is the reason I left U.S. Bank, years ago went inside to withdraw not knowing they had no cash in the ATM. They proceeded to tell me I couldn't sit inside and had to stand in front. Previous review was right about security, and not every black person steals or needs to get racially profiled while just going to handle their business of banking.
The security team is unwelcoming and treat people like they don't belong or are criminals. They stare rudely and don't speak very unprofessional. I am the lead of security for my job and know security should be approachable and customer friendly.
Bad service
Usual mente visito otra ubicación, pero en este día vine aquí y me pareció bastante tranquilo,eficaz e incluso el personal me atendió cuando ya era 4:57 , usual mente esto no pasaría en la ubicación de la broadway. El servicio fue genial y hay personal bilingüe.
I stopped by to cash a check and service was not good. The bi lingual employee disregarded me for a fellow Spanish speaker that came after and proceeded to tell me I was wrong... smh on top of that you all should let people know there's a fee for cashing checks from your company. I would have happily went to Huntington or Wells Fargo as I bank with them and there alway polite and up beat. Its a nice location but customer service is not there.
