La ubicación es un poco delicada, pero finalmente, necesaria. Personal que también habla español trabaja aquí!!! Junto con la sucursal de Golden Valley y la ubicada en la av. Central (cerca del consulado ecuatoriano) son de las pocas donde el personal de U.S.Bank habla español, importante para a abordar temas bancarios y su mejor comprensión. El ambiente, la energía se siente ligeramente tensa, pero sin queja, me atendieron bien y resolvieron mi tema con eficiencia. Inglés/Español
I’ve had the worst experience with one of the female tellers very unprofessional
Very disrespectful experience at US Bank today. The teller literally threw my money on the table instead of handing it to me professionally. Then she didn’t even give me my card back until I asked for it, and when I did, she threw my card too. When I confronted her about the attitude, she responded with “I’m trying to help you.” Helping someone doesn’t mean treating them with disrespect. Customers deserve basic manners and professionalism.
I dislike this branch because of the massive parking lot which has been there just as long as the bank! Since the clinic next door moved in they tend to discriminate over 5 parking spaces, when it is over a hundred parking spaces in the whole lot! When the other medical establishment was there they didn’t bother or worry about where people parked! I feel it is very disrespectful discrimination against people over a parking space! They pay more for security of 5 parking spaces than they do for handicapped accessible doors! My... read more
