In having just moved to the area I was pleasantly surprised to find a US Bank location so close to my house. While I do visit this branch often, I normally go to the ATM – however, today, the deposit function was "Temporarily Unavailable." I thought, no big, I’ll just go into the branch. All was fine until I encountered Eric Dyer. He was nice for the most part - but he seemed very short and curt. I asked about the ATM and why it was down for deposit, he expressed he didn’t know.
