Incompetent! I was asked to provide some info. I went in person two times and was assured that the issue was resolved. Two years later, my account was closed because the US Bank said they never received the info. Avoid this branch.
Don’t waste your time. I sat in line for 20 min and was never helped before they closed. Tellers take their sweet ol time.
Only two stars because Aisha was very friendly and personable. She should get 4-5 stars if it was just for her.Unfortunately, she was not authorized to help us. One of the managers (male, maybe in his 40’s, skinny, about 5’7 & Reddish/blonde hair) worked with us. He at first attempted to help us.
