Every time I try to use my card for a purchase my card disappears from the app and I have to waste 2h to get us bank to enable it. I’ve asked them not to do this 5 times. What else can I do short of closing my account?

Incompetent! I was asked to provide some info. I went in person two times and was assured that the issue was resolved. Two years later, my account was closed because the US Bank said they never received the info. Avoid this branch.
Don’t waste your time. I sat in line for 20 min and was never helped before they closed. Tellers take their sweet ol time.
