The manager was completely unhelpful, very rude and I will never bank with the US Bank again. The manager seemed like he was not interested in help me complete a simple transaction that he stated the bank policy would not let him do. I completely leave the branch and go to another branch and the Financial service rep took care of me in less then 10 minutes.
