Not sure about other people’s experience. Every time I visit this branch, the staffs are nice and welcoming. Specially the lady with long blonde hair, I wish I could get her name next time. She’s super understanding and so sweet. Hope she gets to see this review. Parking is also nice. It’s not easy to find a branch around Minneapolis with decent parking. This branch has their lot parking!! This is my to-go branch.
I am giving this location a 2-star rating because I am unable to access their ATM after hours. I have to use an ATM located at the Holiday Gas Station near the bank. In 2024, there should be no reason I can’t access an ATM outside regular hours. I recently moved to Minnesota and switched from my local bank in Florida to a more regional one.
