The staff was very helpful and my issue was resolved in a very short time
I stop here because it SHOULD be convenient, but it never is. I literally come in looking for 2 rolls of quarters every weekend and every weekend it’s the same two people taking FOREVER to do whatever they’re doing. I’m debating playing the lotto machine to the left, might be a faster resolution. All of the US bank locations around here are awful, but this one is awful enough for me to disconnect my VPN, login, and leave the review.
My go-to bank is the U.S. bank branch located within the Meijer store on Gary Road. On my recent visit, I sought some information, and I was fortunate to have Prachi and Mr. Khanna attend to me. They demonstrated exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and expertise in their products, addressing each of my questions with remarkable clarity.
My review is just based on the inconvenience. Meijer has a giant parking lot which is mostly unused. They should definitely have an atm in the parking lot. US bank has lots of their banks in stores with no drive up atms. It’s like they want to inconvenience the customers.
