The tellers are very friendly. Problem is they only have 2. If you come in on the 1st they still only have 2. Us old people come in and some of them tie up the wondows for 15 minutes or more. They need help. I'm just saying.

I am very unhappy with U.S. Banks customer service. Don't even try to get someone on the phone, when you call they pickup then hang up. Don't believe me, try calling a local branch. When asked they say "yea, we know the phone system isn't working, we have put a trouble request in with corporate". They have been saying that for over a year now at all branch locations that I have visited. Hmm, kind of makes you think they're lying. If you go in, once you wait forever, they're as sweet a pie. They even smile while they lie to y... read more
