Lupe Barajas was amazing! We needed a translator for both English and Spanish and she was extremely patient and effective. Lupe is very knowledgeable and allowed a pleasant dialogue to occur. The entire transaction was very positive and memorable. Thank you Lupe!

Please don't bank with us bank especially this branch. They messed up. they don’t help you try remove yourself from bank accounts you no longer want to be associated on if it’s a PTA account or joint account with someone but they’ll let you take their money and close the account doesn’t make much sense. Plus they put other peoples info on my account so I wouldn’t trust them with your info.
I had a terrible experience at this branch ,instead of receiving help, I was met with a teller who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide any meaningful assistance. I understand that banks have policies, but there is a professional and respectful way to explain those policies to customers. Rather than helping me understand my options, I felt brushed off and treated like my concern was an inconvenience.
