I have been banking with US bank for over 30 years. I had my wallet stolen. I went to the Upland Euclid branch. BRIANNA in new accounts took care of everything with the fraud department. She was very efficient and present to work with. He customer skills are excellent! This branch the only one I will use even though there are closer ones. Her boss should give her an atta girl! Definitely an asset to USBank! Thanks Brinanna!
The tellers are very friendly. Problem is they only have 2. If you come in on the 1st they still only have 2. Us old people come in and some of them tie up the wondows for 15 minutes or more. They need help. I'm just saying.
