Everyone that works in this branch moves like molasses. Ostentatious is an understatement of how everyone within their conducts things.
I've been banking with US Bank for the past 8 years and by far, this branch is my favorite. The customer service provided by the staff is second to none. They definitely make you feel at home. Very professional, friendly and fast service. I live in Pomona and I don't mind the drive to Upland. I highly recommend coming here for all your banking needs.

Sadly lacking.. no tellers upon arrival. Laughter behind doors Women giggling...desk man said be right with you... not The way to run a bank. .. Poor...
