Best bank … great staff … however, the mortgage department sucks. Trying to get a hold of them and solve an issue takes forever . At this moment my issue is not resolved. 8/2/25 I rarely edit reviews, however, the “new manager” here at this U.S. Bank Branch doesn’t know how to do her job. The girls here have always been helpful; as in leading me to the right direction but Kavita “new manager” has broken them.
