The customer service is amazing! I have had an account with this bank for about 6 years now keep going back because of the service. They are always polite and find amazing people to talk to. They are professional and polite. I have seen a couple of them come and go and miss the ones that were there before and will miss those that leave in the future. I think those behind the counter can make this a better experience and an app will never be able to take place of great customer service.
