I recently tried to make a mortgage payment using my CC, but I was unable to do so in the online portal. I, like many others, was directed to use the chat feature, where I was told they do not accept CC payments via the online portal, and I was directed to go and ask at my local branch. I wanted to avoid wasting gas and time driving there in person and tried to contact my local branch via phone.
