Watch out for dormant account fees if you rely on online banking! Despite managing everything through online transfers, I was hit with fees because I didn't make any physical deposits or withdrawals. It's frustrating to be penalized for not using traditional banking methods. I ultimately closed my account because this bank seems outdated and not in step with modern banking practices.
