Horrible service, they don't answer the phone, they don't call back, they 5 star service, however don't stand by it. DON'T Bank here!
This bank demonstrated very poor customer service. I visited to have documents notarized, but was declined without any guidance. The staff could have instead advised me on how to update the documents to make them compliant. I was made to feel undervalued I went to a different bank and I received a much better and more welcoming experience. The other bank took time to explain and help me update the documents to ensure it is compliant and notarized it. I received the very best customer service for my new small business checking account from Kevin Krajack. US Bank is by far superior to Chase and BMO. I will move all my credit cards and checking to this bank. They were there for my business when most needed.! The others failed me
I was only one in the brunch and had to wait 10min
