I went to leave a deposit for my company and i was the only car in any of the lanes. There was two ladies there that clearly saw me but ignored me for more than 5 minutes i didnt even get a “ ill be right with you “ NOTHING. Another truck pulled next to me and they helped him immediately. I work customer service and that was just unprofessional. Veronica Saice has zero customer service skills, went to counter asked for help, she rolled her eyes didn't have any knowledge of my question. She just didn't seem like she cared to be there, seemed like she was mad that she had to work on a Saturday. Told me to wait cause she had to finish what she was doing. Laurel is very rude every time I go in and my coworkers go in. Made one of workers very sad how rude she was being when going to get change for our work. She talked down to us and was mad that she had to get change. Had a very bad attitude and makes us not want to go in every time we have to go to this bank to make deposits and get change. Very rude lady with horrible customer service.
