Trumaine D helped me out every step of the way and spent maybe close to 90 minutes to get me set. He even called the bank support to clarify additional information needed by their review team to complete the account opening, and made sure the information was provided as well. I went to leave a deposit for my company and i was the only car in any of the lanes. There was two ladies there that clearly saw me but ignored me for more than 5 minutes i didnt even get a “ ill be right with you “ NOTHING. Another truck pulled next to me and they helped him immediately. I work customer service and that was just unprofessional.
