Worst bank ever. Open late close early. I don't think they really want to be a bank at all. One teller at 3p with five people on line. Ugh.

If you want a bank that plays games with your credit, Then this is your bank !!!.. They receive payments within 5 business days,"I have monitored this fact for 6 months". and cash them even when the checks are post dated. but if you go to this bank with a post dated check, they refuse to cash it, bank policy... If they receive the payment by mail, before payment is due after 6 months time,,even if you mail it 10 days in advance. they will wait until the day after due date, to cash it.. so they can charge you a late fee. and ... read more
I use various stores aroud Columbus area. I have utilized the this particular store quite frequently because the service is extra friendly, the store is clean, it has a great layout and they always have what I want. This bank should not be in be allowed to operate in the state of Kansas their overdraft on an insufficent check s is outragous If a check comes in without sufficent funds instead of only charging one fee of $35.00 they do it per day and they lie to the customers WATch out
In september 07 my loan cloased with this bank for my vehicle... since september I have been calling every week trying to get my title. I have been hung up on, addressed in a rude manner, and not treated well all around. Finally 4 and a half months after my loan has closed I finally got the paperwork needed to get my title so that I may sell the vehicle, though the buyer I had lined up for it now has found something else in the mean time. service can be very poor. i would suggest they update their look a bit and try to hire more service-oriented people.
I am happy Kings is broadening the organic choices at all locations. The service has always been fast & friendly.
