Poor customer service, I've left messages for Justine numerous time and she has yet to return my call. I need to rollover an IRA and only have 10 days per the bank before they will "automatically" reinvest it for me. Every time I have dealt with this bank it has been an issue, as they very difficult processes that none of the rest of the banks I deal with have. Can't wait to move my money!!

This location does have a drive through which is great! They also sell stamps at the ATM by the book! Love that!
Both the branch manager and associated staff displayed no empathy and offered no assistance with a much needed transaction. I would not open an account with this bank until their customer service improves.
Often makes small mistakes in accounting entries and it takes multiple visits with backup documentation to get changes made. There have been times where it took 2 bank statements to get straightened out and i have to enter changes into my accounting software. Has great national reviews but local branch leaves much to be desired.
Mr. Darr provides No communication on required documentation. No communication on status of the loan process. By the time he does return your calls and emails, it's too late and you have to start the process all over again. Then treats you like it's your fault for not knowing. C'mon !! I expect a higher level of professionalism from US Bank!!!
Like most these days I don't go to the bank that frequently. I have used this location to deposit a check now and then and use the ATM. They have always been pleasant and I've never had to wait for service. The ATM is convenient to use.
They are a true bank. Not quite as nice as some banks but they have customers that love them. Heard they were great to work for
02/22/16 I was in a rush & forgot my money card after using it at the bank's ATM. As soon as I realized what I'd done, I rushed back to the bank. I went to a teller & told her what happened. She said they had just found and destroyed my card! I asked WHY they would do that?! She said they have a policy to immediately destroy any card they find unattended on bank property.
