Honestamente mi experiencia fue pésima… ya en dos ocaciones se me había comentado q una joven de apeido Vargas se avía burlado x no hablabas Españoi… x que no se llevaba el depósito correctamente … y pude ver q si .. en cuento llegue le hablo bajito a su compañera .. q la otra persona fue muy amable y me dijo como llenar el depósito . I went to that branch with fears because the reviews I read, but my experience was amazing!!! Very kind the people, the manager was very kind, helpful and Carsen helped me to open my accounts, with a lot of patience, kindness, very nice guy!! I m very happy and grateful with them, I definitely recommend go to this branch!!
Ridiculous Customer Service. If you see Men, sitting at the counter; Abort Mission! Wait for the nice Ladies or visit another location.
