The few times I’ve been to this location, the staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient.
US Bank charged me $30, guy “helping” me claimed it didn’t, on top of that also gave me attitude for not understanding and told me to just go home with a piece of paper and find out on my own and come back if I see something, didn’t want to help me I guess. So, I went to a different bank and they saw the problem and refunded me the money. First time here and bad experience.
I love this branch. Inside Smith's, very convenient. Friendly and professional staff.
The USBank is inside the Smith's grocery, has been for at least 5 years if not more. It was a Rally's the first few years it was built, then Smiths took it over . I don't know where the name Gelson's came from. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 25 years
