Was there 15 minutes before close, they looked at me waiting in line then they decided to go in the back. Came out 5 minutes later and said branch was down... even though they had just got done helping another customer when I arrived. very stressful when your trying to make your mortgage payment on last day.... this is not the first time I have noticed they just stare at you and don’t even give a courtesy to let you know they will be right with you. Waited 20 minutes in line, half the time no one was at the window. When I finally get to the front found out they cannot print out any cashiers checks or money orders due to their broken printer, which is been broken for over a week.There was a long line waiting after me don’t know how many others wanted something to be printed, I suggested to put a sign up and it was completely ignored.
