Went to make small deposits for the company I work for and the lady at the window gave me a nasty attitude about it, saying I should've came inside. I normally go to the location by my job and they do ALL of our transactions from the drive-up without a hassle or attitude, including giving us change. We have used other banks as well in the past and I have never ever had anyone say deposits should be made inside. Not sure what her issue is but it's unnecessary.
This branch is always crowed with long wait times especialy in the morning.
Josefina at this branch is a lazy worker. The only banker who ever gives issues when making business deposits. Have made deposits through drive thru and have never had an issue with any other banker but her, never has a valid reason other than come in because when it has to do with making deposits it’s better to be in front. Why is there even a drive thru for? She is just lazy and doesn’t want to count money and rather have someone else do it when she’s in charge of drive thru.
