Moulina has been exceptional in helping with our business and personal banking. this is a great branch office, like all banks, they have suffered cutbacks and retirements. You will be hard pressed to find a better local banking team. We've been US Bank Customers for over 25 years using this branch in Pleasanton.
The staff at this branch is friendly. They aren't as knowledgeable as Dublin branch but always good service.
Customer service is always excellent and the website is super easy to use. This is just the best bank!!!
Won't let me pull more thank $5.000 of my own money cause of policy and didn't have bigger bills at a bank lol
