The Branch Manager helped me open my new account and was very helpful and thoroughly guided me through the process comfortably.
Worse branch from parking to the day I went 1 Atm offline the other only could dispense a certain amount. Then I go inside 2 tellers waited in a small line waisted 10min of my time in a line and decide to leave and go to a different branch.
How is the ATM going to take my money then shut down??Avoid at all cost. ATMs take your money then you have to wait 10 days for a claim to process. Worse part is that when I went inside to speak to someone, the employees know about the ATM doing this but they don’t do anything to fix it or why is it even allowed to be used? Where’s the branch manager? Why do you not get this issue fixed? This is the second time it’s happened to me. first time thought it was just my luck but now i understand the management is ok with a broken... read more
