My fiancee lost his card and needed a new one, weeks go by still no card. My fiancee went in and found out the man working there purposely sent to another address aka wrong address. So not pleased with this bank as in now we are trying to get a home as of moving to this area or Iowa general. The bank person isn’t keeping up with answering to our realtor.
