Would give zero if I could. Came here at 5.42 pm to preform a simple transaction of cashing a low amount check $1700. I was told that the teller already did his books for his drawer and he refused to do his job. When I asked for corporate he refused to give it to me. Very wrong. The punk had something to do on a Friday night and wanted to get off early. Would of had better service at a McDonalds at least the cashier doesn’t just get off early because they want to. You can get food aslong as they are open
THE US BANK CORPORATION SHOULD SHUT DOWN THIS BRANCH ASAP BECAUSE AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER IVE NEVER EVER WENT THERE FOR A SERICE OR A TRANSACTION AND GOT SATISFIED …. 0 % SATISFACTION THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE MANAGER TOO …RECENTLY I WENT THERE TO MAKE A TRANSACTION AND THEY SAID THEY CANT DO IT .I WENT TO ANOTHER BRANCH AND THEY DID IT QUICK SMOOTHLY ..SO SOMEONE IS WRONG SO .. THANK YOU
