Worst bank ever, Total disaster, there is nothing bad about this location but overall the bank is very unprofessional every time I had to deal with them was nightmare.
It was a pleasant interaction with Christine. The explanation was clear and concise. However, the application process was too slow. It could be expedited to save more time.
I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with service I received on 4/14/26 regarding access to my safe deposit box. At around noon I entered the bank and walked to the teller. I politely told the teller I need to go into my safe deposit box. I received a very rude response from her. I was told NO. I then asked the teller why not? Again in a rude tone was told I cannot have access at the moment due to not having enough staff in the branch. And she asked me to come back after 1 pm. What time will I be coming bac... read more
