I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with service I received on 4/14/26 regarding access to my safe deposit box. At around noon I entered the bank and walked to the teller. I politely told the teller I need to go into my safe deposit box. I received a very rude response from her. I was told NO. I then asked the teller why not? Again in a rude tone was told I cannot have access at the moment due to not having enough staff in the branch. And she asked me to come back after 1 pm. What time will I be coming bac... read more
Great customer service
I've been a customer for over 20 years since charter one. I had an issue with my account and Kevin helped super quick. Very easy interaction and I'm glad to be at this branch.
