Very friendly and helpful
Everyone was extremely nice and efficient! They answered all my questions,everything was organized, and it was just an overall great experience!!
I only ever go on Saturday mornings, but every time I go I have always had excellent customer service. The staff is always nice and goes above and beyond for my banking needs. Never a long wait, which is nice for Saturdays, and they are always willing to help me fill out deposit and withdrawal slips. Ever since I started using US bank, I have never had a bad experience. At least, not with this branch. This branch is a good example of how every branch, regardless of what kind of bank, should be.
They treat customers as if they're homeless dropouts. Very condescending staff.
Used the atm on Friday to deposit $2,300 like I've done many times before. The atm took my card, information and the cash then shut off, spit out my card and said out of service. Went inside only to be told all they could do is file a claim and it would take up to 10 days to be resolved and deposited into my account! It would be different had it been a small amount but it wasn't! Unacceptable!! Once the deposit clears I will be finding a new bank to work with!!!!
