Branch Manager, JODI is an inept and inexperienced banking representative unfit for the position and better suited working as a cashier at Walmart. UPDATE: US BANK screwed me out of thirty minutes on a call discussing JODI without resolution of the problem. Check out your local credit union, folks. The banking laws/regulations around credit units are much more advantageous for the consumer than a publicly traded bank like US BANK.

I go to their ATM and pull out money then I walk inside and ask to exchange said money for 100 bills. The teller state that they can't do any business with no customers. But while I'm leaving I here some other lady asking the same question and teller said sure. I politely ask the lady when she walk outside are you a customer there she said "no." The only difference between I see is a white women and I am a black man.... Us Bank do better.
