I hate this bank they play dirty and have for years and years! The only reason I keep an account there is Autumn, she is a class act! As far as the rest and that bank they can get bent! But Autumn does her job like a boss!
Do not park in their parking lot! We received a ticket for parking there on the weekend, when the bank was CLOSED! I completely understand not parking there during bank hours, but you guys aren't even opened on the weekend and you'll charge $65.00. Won't ever do business with a company like that.
Walked in this location to open a New CD account. Spoke to banker associate Autumn who was not engaged with customer or on phone. She stated she could not help me as "we are reservation based" " come back in a half an hour". I noticed no customers in the lobby. Then she mumbled her computer was down. As I began to walk out she slid her card to me. I told her no thanks and went to a different bank. Only 20k CD but I guess US Bank doesn't need my business.
