Branch Manager, JODI is an inept and inexperienced banking representative unfit for the position and better suited working as a cashier at Walmart. UPDATE: US BANK screwed me out of thirty minutes on a call discussing JODI without resolution of the problem. Check out your local credit union, folks. The banking laws/regulations around credit units are much more advantageous for the consumer than a publicly traded bank like US BANK.
