I’ve had my account frozen multiple times for no reason. Do not I repeat do not bank with these losers

Everyone at the branch is friendly and helpful! They really treat every customer as individuals with a sense of purposeful and genuine respect. I witnessed several customers who were helped by the various managers after the tellers were all busy. This consideration of people’s time is just an extra bonus example for excellent customer service.
Horrible customer service. Gentleman (teller) got so defensive when I simply gave him a gentle reminder about my account “, he said you can come back here to do my job. I know how to do my job, been doing for years. “ I got so shocked. Why would you behave that way. Not sure if he behave same way to all the customers or he is simply racist.
I had a problem with a check and Ashley fixed it super quick. Thank you
