My experience was horrible! I got nothing but misinformation, attitude, and the runaround. I was first told I had to get EIN number then found out two days later I did not because they denied the paperwork that I brought in. I was going in there to open Probate on my father-in-law‘s estate which I’ve done already for my grandmother and my mother and both my in-laws so I’m well skilled at it at this point. Drive up atm. Easy to access. Not a great neighborhood at night to do transactions. Would not recommend it due to how far the bank sets back from the road.
