I brought my 87 year old father, who uses a wheelchair and is partially deaf, to the 72nd & Pacific U.S. Bank branch after his account was closed due to suspected phishing. We were helped by Sabrina Flores, who spent a lot of time calmly and patiently opening a new account, setting up his online bill payments the way he wanted, and printing his tax information among other things. This atm never takes all my items I want to deposited. As a business owner this is a a complete waste of time. I have talked to tellers about it and they laugh and say they have tried to get a new one but they won't. Im seriously considering a new bank all together.
This location is alright when you walk in, but when you call directly they don't even bother answering. I even parked and called when there were 4 employees and only 1 customer. Called two times and nobody answered, just ignoring the call.
