Horrible Bank to bank with they tell you one thing and mean another. On top of that the fees are stupid and ridiculous thing ms they promise. Get a real and better bank not this one. Saving you time and money go somewhere else. 0 stars if I could.
Monica Phommatha was very helpful when opening up my small business checking account this week. The particular promotion I was interested in wasn't readily available at this particular branch, so she went out of her way to confirm the details with other branches to make sure I recieved the guidance I was asking for. Bad service from two women employees, making it hard to change a check , luckily a nice gentleman helped me out quick and easy only rating this because how difficult they were making it!!! Again thank you to the gentleman that helped me out
Piss poor service. ATM malfunction puts my $560.00 in limbo. No deposit, no return. Now I'm told 10 days to investigate. I withdrew $400 from my CC to cover my bills. Are you going to pay the transfer charge? Not my fault but I pay the price.
