I go to this branch because of Carla. I actually have two other US bank branches closer to my house but I choose to go this branch because of Carla. She is incredibly efficient, knowledgable, kind, and great customer service. She handles my banking needs in no time and has a wonderful personality. Thank you Carla.

i only visit this bank location 3 times, the last 2 times in a roll, on Mon. Mar. 3 and Tue. Mar. 4 , i am the only one at the line and there are 2 ladies tellers at the windows but there was no other customers but they ignored me for more than 5 minutes until a manager walked in then they called me, that happened 2 days in a roll ,my transactions had to be done at the counter otherwise i rather do at the machine, bad service, bad attitude and bad personality of the ladies tellers.
Carla is great! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me with all my banking changes that I needed to make.
I've only been here 3 times, came in to cash a small check and every time it's like a 10 to 15 min wait as the tellers seem to engage in nonsense upsell or something with customers. Elsinore grocery store branch is not like this, so may be just my bad luck but holy cow, stop the waste of time conversations that I can literally hear every word
