Promos that are bait and switch. Staff can't even remember the safety box promo for veterans and when you question why can a plan can't be grandfather to original discount rate 50%, they claim it never exist and was done as favor (which is near impossible). Called this branch 3 times and told manager would call to help resolved by MON so I wouldn't have drive down. No call or follow-up from manager. there were 4 ppl in the bank, but I had to wait over 15mins to get help but got no help with situation. Never got a manager and... read more
