I have never had bad service from this branch , everyone is always very helpful .
They do NOT answer the phone …making it SO MUCH FUN to have to drive over to get an answer..VERY FRUSTRATING when you see a charge on your account that you do not recognize and have to wait and spend MY TIME to get an answer…no voice mail either ..so much for neighborhood banking …
Everyone at this branch is amazing, very helpful, and always very nice and willing to help. But one team member really stands out, and that's Geneva Perry! She always goes above and beyond for her clients. And when she's assisting you, she is so focused on YOU and your NEEDS that you'd think you were the only client in the bank! If she was any sweeter, I'd get a cavity! Hey! US Bank... Don't EVER lose this woman! She is priceless! You can't pay her enough! As long as she's working at this branch, I'm a client for life!
Jeanine was very helpful and caring. She is typical of the people I have dealt with at that branch.
