I rarely leave reviews, but this bank truly deserves one. The customer service here is beyond excellent it’s something unique and very hard to find nowadays. The moment I call the branch someone answers and hangs up the call so they cant help me. I tried 3 times and it happened the same situation. I could hear them talk to other people.
Friendly and professional. Seldom seem to have enough Tellers for the amount of clients. But they work well under pressure
Yo resientemente me desisi abrir una cuenta en este banco pero me estoy desepcionando por que no e podido tener atencion en Español lo cual me frustra pues e ido para ablar con un representante y no estan disponibles. Eso de aser citas para ablar con ellis es muy desesperante.
