I closed 2 accounts because I never seen a bank charge so many fees then I get a letter that I owe interest on one of the accounts so I go down to the bank and pay it.Then another month goes by and another letter say I owe more interest I go down and they said they would look in to it and call me back next day week goes by no call I call them they say my account balance is zero .So I get a letter that says I never paid what I owe them and they are sending this to my credit score. My account was closed and nobody seems to know where the funds went. I was asked to go to this local branch and they are always so busy they have no time to take care of their customers. two plus months later and I still dont have my money. I would suggest that you take your banking needs else where.
