Very bad customer service!
Very Poor Costumer Service! I went in to cash a check from my Ins Co. they were going to charge me $7 that would be okay, but the man helping me said it came back on his computer say "Funds are not available" What? So I called my Inc Co. & they said the funds were available. I had my Ins Co. talk to the bank teller Totally Different Story! The bank teller told my Ins Co. that I had to open a account that's all & the funds were available.
