I tried US Bank three different times. Had interbank theft twice, for over $800 each time. Third time was I get Theresa from employee that was being terminated that day. Closed our accounts and swore we would never back there again. JUST DON'T. PLAY TAKE THE EMPLOYEE SIDE OVER THE CUSTOMER EVERY TIME.
I just withdrew cash. Pretty uneventful.

Would give 0 stars if possible, I went in the get a check and they refused to do anything with my account, then when I went to try and close my account because of their disrespectful attitudes and refusal of service, they refused and told me I needed to leave. Disrespectful ladies that work there. No professionalism whatsoever. I will be contacting customer support, Filling a complaint, and closing all my U.S bank accounts.
